For government and defense clients who have specific procurement and compliance requirements, we manage the documentation trail through the hardware lifecycle. For enterprise clients, we offer stock management and refresh planning so hardware replacements do not become a crisis when equipment reaches end of life.

We also provide third-party maintenance for hardware that is past the OEM warranty period but still in active use - a common situation in large IT environments where budget cycles and actual equipment lifecycles do not line up neatly.

Server and storage infrastructure is the foundation that every other IT system runs on. Get it wrong and everything above it is unreliable. Remote support covers the full range of what can be resolved without being physically present - configuration changes, software troubleshooting, monitoring response, and coordination with OEM support channels.

We structure AMC agreements around what each client actually needs. A small enterprise with 50 users has different requirements from a government department with 500 nodes and mission-critical uptime requirements. We scope accordingly and do not apply a one-size-fits-all contract.
